A place for parents to speak out against the social injustice within the child welfare and affiliated juvenile court systems. 

This is also a place for grandparents and family who have experienced the damage done by those wronged by the family court system, and its child welfare affiliates and want to finally have their voices heard.

  • Rights Violated by a Judge, Court-Appointed Attorney, Lawyer or Law Guardian

  • Threatened, lied to or about in court or intimidated in any way by a court employee, caseworker, or other professional (Example: Caseworker says, "If you don't sign this, we will just take your kids anyway")

  • EVAL Conduct Complaint

  • Evaluated by Dr. Steven Silverman, the DSS Psychologist, and have a conduct complaint

Advocates are always available to help you get justice for you and those who matter most.

We are passionate about Family Justice.  Parent Partner Advocates at Wings of Mercy Advocacy have walked in your shoes. As experienced volunteers, we are here to help you get the answers you need, from one parent who's been there, to another. 

 Whether you need help finding legal representation, or help gaining access the resources needed for representing yourself in court, we can connect you to the right resource.  Even if you need help finding a safe place to stay, access to domestic violence resources like childcare, healthcare, recovery support and/or alternative services.

We provide support through the whole process of fighting for those that matter most in family court.  Let us lend our experience, in an effort to help you make the informed decisions that are right for you and your family.  



Armed with Truth!

Knowing your rights as a parent is half the battle.  The other half is knowing your child's rights!

 We connect you to the services you need to protect your rights. We offer access to legal services, information about counseling, help with food assistance programs, referrals to Domestic Violence services, Parenting Education alternatives and much more. 

We can help you file a grievance, or complaint against a professional, or court employee, or help you fill out paperwork.
